NB: This post has nothing to do whatsoever with politics.
This weekend was a good weekend for football. Although like many others, I’m not convinced that “Monday Night Football” is really that great an idea.
But I cannot be distracted from the fact that it was a good weekend for football. There was some cloudy and sunny times as well as some good old cool to cold conditions. It’s looking like this winter is going to produce a classic season of wet, damp, cold and windy conditions for football.
And this round proved to be another disappointment for the tipping competition. Fortunately, I’m moving a step closer to the “Wooden Spoon” prize.
